When these changes are made, Google will provide a new copy of the agreement on the Web Store website, developers.google.com/chrome/web-store/terms. Google will also post a notification on the Web Store website describing the changes made. Changes will be effective and will be deemed accepted by you, (a) immediately for those who will be developers after the posting of the notice, or (b) for existing developers, the modified agreement will take effect with your acceptance of the modified agreement (with the exception of legal changes that take effect immediately) or 15 days after the publication of the notice if you continue to use the web store services. 9.2 You should be aware that content presented to you as part of the Services, including but not limited to advertisements in the Services and Sponsored Content in the Services, may be protected by intellectual property rights that belong to sponsors or advertisers who make such content available to Google (or other persons or companies on their behalf). . .
