The company remains the rightful owner of all securities, rights and interests of the property and any material made available for the conclusion of this agreement. In the proceeding, one of the parties opposes the renewal of this agreement that concludes the agreement at the time of decline. The travel agency will offer items listed in this agreement to businesses and consumers as part of travel packages. The liability of Alluring India Destination and its related companies is strictly limited. Alluring India Destination Pvt Ltd is not liable for unlawful acts, omissions or negligence committed by suppliers such as air and water transport, sightseeing, cruises/hotel accommodations or third parties that are not or are not directly owned by Alluring India Destination Pvt Ltd. By using the travel services of the suppliers, you agree to take care of these suppliers of accidents, injuries, property damage or personal losses for you or those travelling with you, and that neither Alluring India Destination Pvt Ltd nor any representative of Alluring India Destination Pvt Ltd are responsible. If Alluring India Destination cancels a tour before the start, Alluring India Destination is responsible for the full refund of the money received.
